Xena is located in a residential area but at the same time also at a walkable distance from a bustling market. Xena gives you the feeling of being in a cozy private house and a very relaxed atmosphere. Xena is located in New Thippasandra.

Despite being located just a couple of kilometres from the bustling Indiranagar, the New Thippasandra neighbourhood seems like a completely different locality. No lanes lined by high-end brands, restaurants and breweries here. What you do have, instead, is an entire market road with shops selling everything you could possibly want to set up home. Plus, restaurants and roadside stalls to fuel up.

Xena is an all-women accommodation. It comprises 2 units altogether. A 4BHK and a 1BHK house. We have shared as well as single occupancy options available here. Fully furnished independent units. Rent varies depending on room type and sizes. Rent includes Housekeeping, High-speed Internet, Water and electricity charges, Taxes as well as building maintenance
