Do you charge a service fee?

No, Convivo doesn’t charge any fees from the user (property-seeker). Rather we believe in offering real value to our customers by providing them the best suitable options available based on their requirement and offer the best deal.

Are there any properties available with no security deposit also?

Yes, infact under Convivo’s platform we have listed only those properties which demands lesser or no deposits. Each property has different policy, so we would recommend you to Kindly check the same for the exact property you are looking to book.

Can I see a room before I move in?

Is there any additional fees apart from my monthly rentals?

Generally, all the properties under coliving are inclusive of services like cleaning, Wi-Fi, Repairs & Maintenance and exclusive of food and electricity but we would suggest to check it beforehand as it depends on property to property.

Workation – Remote Work Place

Does all the workation properties have Wi-Fi?

Absolutely, we want to make your stay wonderful yet productive and therefore, we make sure that all the properties are having proper Wi-Fi availability so that your work won’t get hampered.

Are family bookings allowed as well for workations?

Mostly, under workations we have properties which promotes community living for young professionals and students. We do have properties which allows booking for families too, we would recommend you to kindly check first with our team for the specific property & features before booking.

How do I check the status of my reservation?

As soon as you book, you will get a confirmation e-mail and call from our executive. In case your booking is cancelled, you will be informed and your refund will be done.
