2. Lead Generation
Leads will be generated using multiple tools and platforms and essentially through our website only. Relevant persons details will be shared along with ensuring that the person is completely aware of the offerings and T&Cs.

We charge a nominal fees for all our services which is based on the monthly rental charged to the tenant/resident.

How to list my place on Convivo.in?
For now, just drop us a message and we will share a simple form which can be filed in lease that 10 minutes and rest will be taken care of by our team.
How the payments works?
Currently, we are not using our direct booking option. In future we will be taking the booking amount from the interested customer and will transfer the appropriate amount to the operator/owner. Currently, customer will be asked to directly transfer the funds to your account and our fees will be transferred to us once the resident has moved in.
How to upgrade my place to featured?
A monthly fees of INR 1,000 is charged to list a property as a featured property. Drop a message with the request and rest will be taken care of by the team.
How to get refund?
We intend to provide complete refund, in case our customer decide to cancel the booking. But this shall be started once we are taking booking directly to our account.
